Then came the most trying phase in the actor's career. Dazzled by the limelight, Hrithik didn't' know what to make of it. Although known as an actor with his head squarely on his shoulders, junior Roshan went through a period where most of his films flopped badly. Luckily for him, his hard work and perseverance kept the flame alive. Though his films didn't do well, Hrithik himself seldom received a bad review on his performance. Films like 'Fiza', 'Mission Kashmir' and 'Kabhi Khushie Kabhi Gham' buoyed his career graph as an actor but did little to catapult him back into the ionosphere.
